About Me
I love to express myself through art. In fact, I believe you can make just about anything interesting and beautiful if you apply yourself to it.
I'm also passionate about baking. There's no problem in the world that can't be fixed -- or at least helped -- by a slice of moist chocolate cake.
I recently combined these two passions and became a self-taught cake artist. Now freshly-baked treats are my creative outlet.
A cake should taste good, but it should be a feast for ALL the senses. Imagine... An enticing mix of chocolate, vanilla, almond and other heavenly scents fills the room. Warm, moist cake, as light as the clouds, practically floats in your mouth and you taste the delicate flavors. There are murmurs of delight as friends and family savor the moment.
Now imagine how the cake looks. It should be a feast for the eyes as well, with shapes, images and vibrant colors. It's art cast in sugar. You might call it eye candy.
