3-Tier Cartoon Theme
Valrhona chocolate fondant cake with cream cheese filling on each tier
I hand-molded all toppers on this cake and everything is edible ;)
As always, I airbrushed the whole cake. I don't like using too much color on my cakes. I also provided an ultra-sturdy and thick fondant-covered cake board to support the weight of the cake.
I spent a lot of time making this cake. It took almost 2 days just for hand-molding those characters alone! All in all, it took me roughly 90 hours to complete the whole cake - but it was all worth it :)

Whimsical Gift Box Cake
Red velvet fondant cake with swiss meringue buttercream
This was a cake I made for a girl who was turning 8 this year. She loves horses, so I thought I'd make a little pony for her. At the end I decided to add some butterflies as well just to have a more girlie feeling to it ;)
This was a 4-layer red velvet cake. Each layer was 2" high, so this was a pretty big and heavy cake.
As it was so heavy, I had to make a sturdy cake board as well. I always provide thick and sturdy cake boards to support heavy cakes.

The ultra blonde pony ;)
Spooky Tower

This cake was made for a Halloween party. It was a 6-layer chocolate cake.
Beer Barrel
Madeira fondant cake with Madagascar vanilla filling
This cake was made for a man who obviously loves his beer ;)
This was a 4-layer madeira cake. The cake board was covered with fondant.

This cake was made for a shoe-a-holic girl, but then again which girl doesn't love shoes?
The shoe was hand-molded and painted blue and pink. Everything on the cake was edible.
